1. No Refund Policy

Eara follows a strict no-refund policy.

All sales made on www.eara.in are final. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed, regardless of reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Product preference

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Personal dissatisfaction

Placing an order constitutes explicit acceptance of this no-refund policy.

 

2. Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)

Eara permits size exchanges only, subject to strict conditions.

2.1 Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be considered only if:

  • The incorrect size was ordered

  • The request is raised within 2 days of delivery

  • A valid unboxing video is provided

2.2 Unboxing Video Requirement

The unboxing video must:

  • Be continuous and unedited

  • Clearly show sealed packaging, product, tags, and condition

Requests without valid unboxing evidence will be automatically rejected.

2.3 Product Condition

To qualify for exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • No stains, damage, or wear

  • Original tags must be attached

❗ Removal of tags immediately voids exchange eligibility.

2.4 Quality Inspection & Final Authority

All exchanged products undergo inspection.
Eara reserves the sole and final right to approve or reject any exchange request.

 

3. Payment & COD Policy

3.1 Prepaid Orders

Eara primarily operates on a prepaid model. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is enabled:

  • 20% of the order value must be prepaid

  • Remaining amount is payable upon delivery

  • COD orders without advance payment will not be processed

Refusal to accept delivery may result in permanent restriction from COD services.

 

4. Discount, Pricing & Promotions

  • Discount codes are issued at Eara’s discretion

  • Only one code may be applied per order

  • Discounts cannot be combined or exchanged for cash

  • Eara reserves the right to modify pricing, offers, or promotions at any time

All pricing decisions are final and non-negotiable.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimated only.
Eara shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, natural events, strikes, customs delays, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on www.eara.in, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Images

  • Text

  • Product concepts

are the exclusive intellectual property of Eara.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or commercial use will result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Eara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to photography or screen differences do not constitute defects.

 

8. Force Majeure

Eara shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Lockdowns

  • Transport disruptions

  • Power or internet failures

 

9. User Conduct & Misuse

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false claims

  • Manipulate unboxing videos

  • Attempt fraud, chargebacks, or abuse policies

Eara reserves the right to deny service, cancel orders, or restrict access without prior notice.

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies and all transactions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to use of this website or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, users agree to attempt amicable resolution by contacting Eara support.

Eara reserves the right to:

  • Decline frivolous or bad-faith claims

  • Defend itself against chargebacks, disputes, or legal actions using recorded evidence
